Scheduled System Maintenance

Our core processors will be performing required system upgrades Saturday, 7/13/2019, at 8 pm through Sunday, 7/14/2019, 8 am.

Because this is substantial update to our core systems, you will have limited access to your accounts during this time frame:

Debit Card Usage During Maintenance

Debit cards will be offline and offline limits will apply.

  • Point of Sale will be limited to a total of $100.00.
  • ATM withdrawals and cash back will be limited to a total of $50.00.
  • Once a member has reached his or her limit, they will be declined from further use until the system is back online.

We understand this may be an inconvenience.  Please understand that upgrades to the system are necessary updates in security and performance.

What will be available in Home Banking
  • View stale account balances (balances will indicate an “As Of” date)
  • View stale history (not up-to-date)
  • Schedule recurring transfers for a future date
  • Schedule bill payments
  • Retrieve check images from the available history
What will NOT be available in Home Banking
  • Make immediate transfers
  • Enroll in online banking
  • View current balances
  • View current history
What will NOT be available in the mobile app
  • Will not have access to balances or history
  • May be unable to schedule bill payments
Audio Response
  • The audio response phone system will not be available
