eStatements are electronic versions of your paper statement. It provides you an alternate way to view, save or print your monthly or quarterly statement from your computer, utilizing internet-based technology and eliminating the need for paper statements.

Did you know that eStatements are more secure than paper statements? It’s true! Identity theft is 6x more likely to occur in the paper trail- at home, in your mailbox or in your trash can. Our website is encrypted and secure. And we never send you a statement to your email. You will receive a link saying your statement is ready but you will still be required to log-in.

  • More secure than paper
  • eStatements are typically made available sooner than your paper statement. (They don’t call it snail mail for nothing) You should have access to your statement in Home Banking within 2 days of the last day of the month

What is the email statement notification service?
When you sign up for eStatements via Home Banking you will also get an option to have an automatic email alert sent to you when the statement is ready to view.

Are eStatements the same statements I receive in the mail?
eStatements are very similar to the statements you would receive through the mail. Your electronic statement contains the same information, includes all contact and other information as the paper statement, and is in an easy to read format. You will also have access to all disclosures, inserts, and newsletters that are normally mailed with the paper statement.

How much history is available for eStatements?
eStatement users can view up to 18 months of past statements once that history is online. You can also download and save your statements to your hard drive and keep them indefinitely.

Will I continue to receive my paper statement in the mail?
No. paper statements will stop once you sign up for eStatements.

Can I switch back to paper if I don’t like eStatements?
Yes. Should you find that you no longer wish to receive eStatements and instead want paper statements, you can easily de-enroll. Your next statement cycle date will be when you begin receiving paper statements again. And, if you want to switch back to eStatements, you can do so by signing back up. Please note that Kasasa Cash and Cash Back Checking requires you to have eStatements in order to receive the rewards.

When is my eStatement available?
Your statement, whether paper or electronic, is created on your statement cycle date: either monthly or quarterly. eStatements are typically made available to you by the 2nd or 3rd day of the month following the cycle date. You may set up an email alert to tell you your statement has arrived.

What if I forget or lose my password?
If you forget your PIN or password you must contact the credit union to re-set.

Can I request a printed copy of my statement? Yes. You may request a printed statement by contacting our office. You may be charged a fee as per the rate and fee schedule for each copy requested or you can print them at home.
