How To Reset Your Home Banking Password in No Time At All

It happens to us all, all of the time … the forgotten password. And it’s an easy fix with First Castle Home Banking!

On the FCFCU website, click through to Home Banking:

Type in your User Logon ID:

Click on “Forgot Security Code?”:

Click on “Forgot Security Code?”:

And then you will prompted for your Logon ID:

We will send you a temporary password to the email address we have for you on file.  Once you receive that email, logon to Home Banking again.

And you will be prompted to type in the temporary password (“security code”) and to create your new permanent password:

Forgotten Password on the Mobile App

If you’ve forgotten your password (“security code”) on the mobile app, you can reset your password through Home Banking, following the steps above.



⚠️ Fraud Alert ⚠️ Fake Check Scam: If you have received a cashier’s check that appears to be drawn on First Castle Federal Credit Union, do not deposit the check. Do not send any money that may be indicated in the instructions with the check. The cashier’s check may be a counterfeit cashier’s check. Contact us at (985) 867-8867 to report receipt of the check and to verify its authenticity. Do not call any phone numbers that came with the check. Save any form of evidence associated with the check (i.e. package label, letters, text messages).
