We will be converting to a new data processing system on October 1, 2008.  We knew that to give you, our members, the services and products you deserved we needed to take this step.  We believe that you will see an immediate upgrade in a number of services we offer, and this change will also allow us to provide you the most advanced financial services and products in the marketplace. 
 

Closing

As with most major system conversions, there will be some planned service interruptions to facilitate this process.  Both branches will be closed on Wednesday October 1, 2008 to test all systems. We will re-open on Thursday October 2, 2008 at 9:30 AM.

 

Debit Cards

From September 30th, 2:00 p.m. CST to October 2nd, 2:00 p.m.CST all Debit Cards will be in an off line mode. This means transactions will be very limited.  Please plan accordingly. There may also be some “unplanned” service interruptions but our staff is working diligently to keep these to as few as possible.  We apologize in advance for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this process.  

 

Important Notice For Members That Download Their Financial Data From our Web Site

As a result of this conversion, please be aware that your online account activity history data that is currently maintained on our system will not be available through NetTeller Home Banking after the conversion takes place. You will still be able to obtain this information from your online e-statements, if you have established this service and you have printed the statements or have copied the statements to your hard drive. Rest assured that new history will be developed and maintained on our new system after the conversion has taken place

We therefore encourage NetTeller users who download their transaction history into money management software to do so prior to our system conversion on October 1, 2008 to ensure continuity of your data. We’ll post updates on our Web site before the conversion takes place to remind you. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call the Credit Union at 985-867-8867 or 504-862-2561.

 

NetTeller Home Banking/FastFone Audio Response/Bill Pay Users

All Members must re-establish their security questions in NetTeller Home Banking.  However, if you have a password already set up you will be able to use that same password.  You will be required to change your password if you have never changed the initial default password. You will NOT be required to use a separate PIN any longer.  Any automatic transfers you have set up must be re-entered after you first sign on to the new NetTeller. You will also have the opportunity to set up joint accounts on your main NetTeller account (you must call the credit union or send a secured email inside NetTeller to request that). You will not need to re-enroll in our On-Line Bill Pay if you are already enrolled. If you are a FastFone Audio Response user your current PIN will continue to work. We also suggest you print your bill pay merchant list and any recurring payments set up on NetTeller prior to conversion for verification post conversion. 

Please DO NOT bookmark our current home banking site as this one will become inactive.

 

Existing online check images stored for viewing on NetTeller will no longer be available after our conversion. However, a separate sign on from our Home Page will allow you to access stored checks from the previous year (You must call us to set that up or send a secure email through NetTeller) and October. Checks cleared November 1st and after will appear via NetTeller.

 

The new phone number for FastFone Audio Response is 800-932-7287. You may use the same Pin that you use now.

Simply have your account number and valid photo identification handy, and you're set! Previously, your family members may not have had easy access to our branch location, but now with CU Service Centers, your family will find access to the Credit Union much more convenient. Louisiana presently has four CU Service Centers and over 50 Credit Union Outlets available.
