What is an E-Statement?
An E-Statement is an electronic version of your statement. It provides you an alternate way to view and print your monthly statement from your computer, utilizing Internet-based technology and eliminating the need for paper statements. With E-Statements, you can access your statement online anytime through a secure site.

What is the e-mail statement notification service?
When you sign up for E-Statements via NetTeller Homebanking you will also get an option to have an automatic e-mail alert sent to you when the statement is ready to view.

Are E-Statements the same statements I receive in the mail?
E-Statements are very similar to the statements you would receive through the mail. Your electronic statement contains the same information, includes all contact and other information as the paper statement, and is in an easy to read format. You will also have access to all disclosures, inserts, and newsletters that are normally mailed with the paper statement.

Is there a charge for E-Statements?
No, E-Statements are free!

How much history is available for E-Statements?
E-Statement users can view up to 6 months of past statements once that history is online. You can also download and save your statements to your hard drive and keep them indefinitely.

Will I continue to receive my paper statement in the mail?
No. paper statements will stop once you sign up for E-Statements.

How do I sign up?
Signing up is easy. Just log into NetTeller Homebanking and click on the estatements tab on the left tool bar (under Account Access).  You may only enroll to receive statements for accounts you are primary on or are joint on with full access.  To receive your estatement for the current month you must enroll by the day prior to the last day of the month (October 30th for October). Otherwise you will receive a paper statement.

Can I switch back to paper if I don't like E-Statements?
Yes. Should you find that you no longer wish to receive E-Statements and instead want paper statements, you can easily de-enroll in NetTeller. Your next statement cycle date will be when you begin receiving paper statements again. And, if you want to switch back to E-Statements, you can do so by signing back up.

When is my E-Statement available?
Your statement, whether paper or electronic, is created on your statement cycle date: either monthly or quarterly. E-Statements are typically made available to you by the 2nd or 3rd day of the month following the cycle date. You may set up an e-mail alert within NetTeller to tell you your statement has arrived.

What if I forget or lose my password?
If you forget your PIN or password to get into NetTeller you must contact the credit union to re-set.

Can I request a printed copy of my statement if my computer isn't working or I need one for some other reason? Yes. You may request a printed statement by contacting our office. You may be charged a fee as per the rate and fee schedule for each copy requested.
